Veloclub Dagmersellen - The 23 participants of the Veloclub

In May 23 cyclists of the raodcycling club Dagmersellen from the Switzerland came for some sunny rides along gran canarias roads.

To escape the unusually long and cold winter in Europe the veloclub decided to start its trainingsaison nowhere else than on sunny gran canaria. And so, the 23 cyclists from the Switzerland came for 1 week to free motion gran canaria.

Their Feedback:

"On 01 May 2010  we met at about 06.00 clock at the station in Dagmersellen, catching up a train to the Airport Zürich. The airline Swiss brought us safely to Cran Canaria. We arrived at the 4-star Hotel Sandy Beach we went to Free Motion to get our bikes and adjustements. Once done some started for their first expedition tour.

From monday on a experienced guide from free motion guided us through this week, including tours up to 120 km and more than 2000m altitude, so quite demanding. As a reward for the sportive achievements, we got each morning a fantastic breakfast and a marvillious dinner, provided by the night crew of the Sandy beach Hotel.

On Friday evening we visited as a cultural highlight a show in Sioux City. All too soon Saturday came up. We left Playa del Ingles at noon and arrived save and sound back in Dagmersellen on late saturday evening. Tied but happy we would like to thank free motion for the brilliant support - we´ll be back!"
